Dear Mr. Stevens,

A week ago I moved into your rental property here in Belleville.

At about midnight on Saturday, the 23rd, the sewer backed up into the bathroom, kitchen, living room and hall of the house. I spoke to you early on Sunday and, by the time I got back from church, you had a repair person at the house. He cleaned the sewer lines (got out several pounds of roots) and got me back in business.

You also called to make arrangements about cleaning and sanitizing the carpets, as well as fixing a leaking water heater.

The excellent service I have gotten is the reason I have done business in the past with Belleville Eagle Realty, and also the reason I plan to purchase a home through you.

First, I would like to thank Belleville Eagle Realty for your prompt and courteous service you have extended to me over the past three years. I have never had any problems with the apartment, neighbors, or your service. The only problem that exists for me is that I have out grown the apartment.
